Halloween

Halloween in Brooklyn was super fun! The weather was cool, but not too cold. The street we decided to go trick-or-treating on had a mix of brownstone homes and small businesses. There were lots of families, lots of candy, and some places even handed out special treats like cotton candy. We met up with our friends, the Ellingson's, and had fun walking around with them. Once it got dark there was a small parade we watched. It reminded me of the funny parades they have in Austin, like the car art parade, and people really had some interesting costumes!
