Skyscrapers

For a while Cannon was obsessed with skyscrapers. He took a class every other Saturday at the Skyscraper museum in Battery Park. He can tell you the tallest skyscrapers in the world and their stats, he spends hours building skyscrapers with his Legos, and he enjoys identifying different skyscrapers in Manhattan. We bought him a book called, Sky Boys (How They Built the Empire State Building) and it quickly became a favorite around here. It's been exciting to watch him become deeply engaged in a subject.

One Saturday, Ryan took us to another building he has access to. It was so quiet and peaceful as we gazed out the windows at this amazing city! I still can't believe we live here!
